We strive to deliver the product/s purchased from “ Foglia D’oro ” in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
We do not make any representations or warranties in relation to the delivery of order/s (including any delays thereof) through any courier agency or any third-party service provider. Delivery of the product/s through the delivery partners shall, in addition to this Delivery Policy, be subject to the terms and conditions of such third-party entities. Please note that such third-party service providers may not call prior to delivering an order. So we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. Deliveries cannot be redirected to other addresses (than the one already provided at the time of placing the order/s).
Estimated delivery time
depends on the availability of the product/s, EXIM clearances and the
destination to which the product/s is required to be delivered.
- Standard Delivery : Delivery time ranges from 12 working days/months to 15 working days/months after placing your order/s.
- Express Delivery : Delivery time ranges from 07 working days/months to 10 working days/months after placing your order/s.
H owever, in the event that you seek to place an order for any major event/occasion, such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations etc., we recommend that you place an order at least 30 working days/months in advance.
If you have any specific delivery requests, please mention the same in
" box during checkout. We shall
endeavor, on a best efforts basis, to accommodate the same.
Delivery timelines may get
disrupted due to a variety of incidences, including but not limited to a Force
Majeure Event (as provided under the Terms
of Use available here). The exact date and timing of delivery
cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to
another date after intimating you of the same. In the unlikely event that there
is any delay against the timelines specified above, we will inform you within
72 hours of your placing the order/dispatch of your product/s. Please
check your messages and e-mails regularly for updates.
In the event that order/s contain perishable items such as flowers, we
will attempt delivery of your order/s only once. In the event the delivery is
not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and
no re-delivery will be possible. It shall be your sole responsibility to pick
up the product/s from any address denoted by us and the quality including the
freshness of the product/s cannot be guaranteed in the event of such delays. In
the event that order/s contain only non-perishable item/s, we may at our sole
discretion, seek to attempt delivery twice. We will consider the order executed
in the below circumstances and no refunds, cancellations, or liabilities can be
made against us:
· Error in delivery address;
· Premises locked;
· Addressee not available at the address provided;
· Addressee refusing to accept the delivery.
In the case where
the addressee is unavailable, some of the delivery partners (as per their
internal delivery policies and only in the event that the order/s do not
contain any perishable items such as flowers) may attempt delivery twice before
the parcel returns back to the point of origin. In the event the delivery is
not executed during the attempts, you shall still be charged for the order and
the quality including the freshness of the product/s cannot be guaranteed in
the event of such delays.
We highly recommend that the addressee or a representative of the addressee be present to receive the delivery. As a confirmation of the delivery of the product/s, addressees or their representatives shall be required to provide their signature to the delivery person upon receipt of the product/s. In the event that the addressee is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to an alternate person. Upon delivery to such an alternate person, the delivery shall be deemed to be completed and we shall not responsible be for lost or stolen packages. Further, we will not be responsible if such an alternate person does not agree to receive your order. In the event that the addressee directs the delivery person to leave the product/s outside/near their premises, we shall not be responsible for damage to the product/s as a result of it being left in inclement weather.
Orders are shipped on all days except public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Your order/s shall be delivered to you, at any time from 09 am to 06 pm , between Mondays to Friday.
Delivery to special locations
In the event of deliveries to special locations such as hospitals/hotels/function halls/hostels or any other types of enclosed premises/railway stations or metro stations or airports, the same shall also be subject to the internal delivery receipt policies of such locations. Please be sure to provide the complete and exact address, contact details and other requisite details towards such locations. Further, the addressee needs to either come to the entrance/gate of the location to collect the delivery or send someone on their behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. In the event that the same is not possible, only upon the express direction of the addressee or their representative, the order/s shall be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order/s will be left at the reception and the order/s will be assumed as executed.
Delivery to remote locations and towns
In the event that you seek delivery to any remote location/town as a special request, the same may be subject to additional charges.
Prices indicated on the Website (alongside the product images) do not include our delivery and service fees (include handling fees). Upon finalizing the product/s that you seek to purchase, you may send us a request for quotation. We shall communicate the finalized price details incorporating all applicable charges. The finalized price details shared with you, shall provide the detailed break-up of all applicable charges, including the delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the selected item/s and shipping address.
In the event, we provide free shipping on any of the product/s, the same shall be expressly indicated on our website.
The delivery process is typically initiated 96 hours before your delivery due date. Certain service providers may message you the tracking number/link, soon after the order/s is packed and shipped for delivery.
Delivery during COVID-19 times
Unprecedented challenges may be faced by us or our delivery partners due to the COVID-19 pandemic and we may be required to be abiding by any additional rules/regulations/policies/requirements as may be imposed by any governmental/statutory authority or any local body/society of the location to which the order/s are required to be delivered. We assure you of our best in trying to accommodate all your order/s as requested. However, kindly note that certain deliveries or certain terms and conditions of such deliveries (as captured in this Delivery Policy or in the policies of our delivery partners) maybe impacted.
